Reservations
All treatments are available by appointment only. To ensure availability, please schedule your appointments in advance. Booking a reservation will require all clients to provide a credit card or gift certificate number.
Online reservations require a prepayment with a valid credit card or gift certificate. All clients are subject to the 24-hour cancellation policy. To change or cancel an online booking, please contact us.
Check-In
It is suggested that you arrive 5 minutes before your appointment.
Our policy is that all clients must complete a series of forms to ensure whether a treatment is suited for you before your scheduled appointment.
We are limiting the number of people within the spa and taking Covid-19 precautions.
Cancellations/Late Arrivals
All clients, including medspa members and package holders, are subject to our 24-hour cancellation policy.
If you do not notify us of a cancellation or change 24 hours before your treatment, your appointment will be considered confirmed, and your credit card will be charged for 100% of the cost of the booked treatment.
Please arrive on time! Clients will not receive an extension of their scheduled service, and full payment is required even if their service is not completed due to late arrival.
Gift Certificates/Spa Promotions/Third Party Vouchers
All gift certificates/vouchers must be mentioned and approved at the time of booking.
Spa specials cannot be used or combined with any other offers, promotions, or third-party gift certificates. Introductory promotions, offers, vouchers, third-party gift cards, or certificates can only be used once.
Otherwise, you will have to pay the difference in the original cost of the service.
Return Policy
All spa services and gift certificates are non-refundable and can be exchanged for credit, only to be used toward other treatments or products. There are no refunds on treatments rendered.
Products can be accepted for a refund or exchange only within three days when unopened and in original packaging. No refund or exchange will be given after three days of purchase or if the product has been opened.
Unused Mirror Mirror Med Spa series deposits can be fully refunded in their original payment form for any reason within 45 days of purchase. Otherwise, the refund will be credit only.
Series
All Mirror Mirror Med Spa series have no expiration date and can be shared with friends and family. Simply book the appointment for them and mention they will be redeeming your series.
Gift certificates can be issued from any series. All series must be pre-deposited or prepaid before usage. Series service can be exchanged or upgraded with extra cost.
Used series can be canceled, and used services from those series will no longer be charged at discounted prices but at original, non-discounted prices.
The remaining balance of the series will be exchanged for credit, only to be used toward other services/gift certificates or products.
Gratuities
Our listed rates do not include gratuity. A 15-20% cash gratuity of each service price is appropriate and appreciated. However, the gratuity you leave is entirely based on your satisfaction.
Payment
All major credit cards are accepted, as per our policy. We do not accept any personal or traveler’s checks. Any gift cards, vouchers, or certificates must be mentioned at the time of booking.

Health Conditions: Please advise us at the time of booking of any health conditions, allergies, injuries, pregnancy, or special needs that may affect your services.
Cleanliness: For your safety and health, we are committed to the highest standards of cleanliness. All equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every service and treatment.
Cell Phones: To guarantee a relaxing visit for all guests, we ask that you please mute cell phones during your visit. Please maintain conversations at a considerate volume in all spa areas.
Privacy Policy
Our highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your credit card info, address, phone numbers, and email address on file.
We do not share your personal information or email with third parties. We will never share or sell individual personal information.
