Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee of up to 100% of the scheduled service. We reserve the right to refuse future bookings after repeated violations.

All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for services rendered. Prepaid packages are non-transferable and expire within 12 months of purchase unless otherwise stated.
